payment must be made ahead of services being delivered. We take direct debit or bank transfers. We do not offer refunds for cancelled walks but we will reschedule your walk at a more suitable time free of charge.
all dogs must have their own pet insurance. Spa barks is not responsible for and will not be liable for any claim or third party claim. All dogs of appropriate age must be neutered. Dogs must be microchipped and have a collar with visible name tag. You will need to fill in the appropriate forms found on the booking & contact us page for your service if you are a new customer.
We carry our own equipment but are happy to use your lead if preferred. If your dog is walked with a head collar or similar you must make us aware and we will use this. So that dogs feel relaxed and comfortable we ask that you provide their own dog bed or blanket or special toy on over night stays. You must provide your dogs food and inform us of your preferred feeding times. You must inform us of any allergies or medical problems regarding your animal. You must inform us if your dog is unable to socialise with other dogs or cannot be around children, elderly etc. You must make us aware if you have a nervous dog or a dog diagnosed with anxiety so that we can help manage their condition better. These type of medical conditions may be more suited to solo dog walks.
